Core...

My training looked like this:

Windmills - 16kg bell - 30 reps
Hanging Leg Raises - 15 reps
Turkish Get Ups - 16kg bell - 12 reps
Spiderman Plank - 3 reps each side
Gladiator - 16kg bell - 3 reps of 30 seconds each side
