It is going to be:
- 3 days of Viking Warrior Conditioning (2 days Vo2max/1 day Submaximal Vo2max)
- 1 day of EDT
- 1 day of ETK (C & P/ Pull Up Ladders)
- 1 day of Core Training
- 1 day off
Today was my core day. My training looked like this:
Windmills - 24kg bell - 50 repsTurkish Get Ups - 24kg bell - 10 reps

I like your approach. I'm actually going to stick to it as literally written by KJ and do VWC 3 days and VSP 3 days.
I like the VWC alot but still want to train for strength...i plan to mix it up.
