"Lynne"...

My Crossfit workout today was:

"Lynne":
Bodyweight Bench Press - Max Reps
Pull Ups - Max Reps
5 Rounds For Max Reps

My training looked like this:

Bench Press - 165lbs - 63 reps
Pullups - 104 reps
Total - 167 (up from 153 last time!)

This one sucked! I pushed myself to the limit. I thought this workout was easy the first time I did it. Yea right!

Dead hang. As of now all my push ups have been that way. I have never done a kipping pull up as of yet.
