"Jackie" & Handstand Push Ups...

My training looked like this:

"Jackie"
1000 meter row
Thruster 45 lbs (50 reps)
Pull-ups (30 reps)

I completed it in 10:50.

I finished with: Handstand Push Ups - 10,8,7 - 25 total reps
