Push, Pull & Swing...

My training looked like this today:

 
Five rounds for time of:
  • 135 pound Deadlift, 15 reps
  • 15 push-ups
  • Total Time: 7:54
I finished with:
  • Clubbell Swings - 15lb clubbell - 50 reps
  • Clubbell Throws - 15lb clubbell - 50 reps
