My training looked like this:
Double Snatch - 24kg bells - 25 reps
Then I used the 45lb clubbell for:
Front Swing - 25 reps
Clean to Order - 25 reps
Barbarian -25 reps
I finished with:
Double Snatch - 16kg bell - 50 reps
My workout log for the last 16 years. Every workout that I have done since February of 2007 is listed here. I decided to move my training log from a notebook to online and needed a name for the URL. I was training with mostly Kettlebells back then, thus the name - Kettlbellrob.

I love them.. I am counting them as two snatches since they basically are a rep with each hand.
I am doing them more for training effect than numbers so if you want me to I will back out the additional rep. Does not matter to me...I am not racing you...I am racing myself.
