A Mixed Bag...

I got back to training this morning after a two day layoff. Felt good.

My training looked like this:

Snatch - 16kg bell - 100 reps
Dips - 100 reps
Push Ups - 100 reps

I finished with:

Double Snatch - 16kg bells - 50 reps

*Rif - for counting purposes I am only counting a double snatch as one rep!!!

I'm down with that accounting, lol. nice work. tomorrow max vo2!~ hopefully 60 sets of 8, still freestyle but 60x8 as fast as I can.

Cool. Have fun and stay healthy. I plan on MV02 as well but I have not done it in over a week so I will play it by how I feel!
