8 Handstand push-ups (Strict)
8 Box jump, 30 inch box
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
8 Box jump, 30 inch box
15 foot Rope climb, 1 ascent
11 rounds even. (PR of 1 round plus eleven reps!)
