"300"...

My training looked like this:

Dips - 50 reps
Pull Ups - 50 reps
Smith Machine Military Press - 115lbs - 50 reps
Shrugs - 40kg bells - 50 reps
Rope Pushdowns - 100lbs - 50 reps
Rope Hammer Curls - 120lbs - 50 reps
