Core...

I took it easy today and just did about 20 minutes of kettlebell core exercises. I alternated Turkish Get Ups, Gladiators, Figure 8/Hold and Slingshots with the 24kg bell. I also did some bodyweight exercises for core: super planks, planks, hanging leg raises, hanging leg circles, hanging pikes and knee ups.
