Smith Machine Incline Press - 155lbs - 50 reps
Smith Machine Military Press - 135lbs - 50 reps
Pulldowns - 150lbs - 50 reps
Rope Pushdowns - 100lbs - 50 reps
Rope Hammer Curls - 120lbs - 50 reps
