Elements Course Day One...

Last night I attended day one of the Elements Course @ Crossfit New England. We went over the Squat, Press, Box Jump and Kipping Pull Up.

Then we did a mini workout:

200 Meter Row
10 Squats
8 Presses
6 Box Jump (20 inch)
4 Kipping Pull-Ups

3 rounds for time.

It was nice to go over the minutia of each exercise and work on correct form.
