Kettlebell, Clubbell & Bodyweight Training...

My training looked like this:

Figure 8/Hold - 20kg bell - 50 reps
Sheild Cast(two handed) - 25lb club - 50 reps
Barbarian - 25lb club - 50 reps
One-handed Swipe - 25lb club - 30 reps
Hanging Leg Raises - 25 reps
Uneven Pull-Ups - 30 reps
