Elements Course Day Two...

Last night I attended day two of the Elements Course @ Crossfit New England. We went over the Front Squat, Deadlift, Hanging Power Clean and the Burpee.

Then we did a mini workout:
 
5 Deadlifts
5 Hanging Power Cleans
5 Front Squats
10 Burpees
 
3 Rounds For Time: 6:16
