Clubbell Training...

My training looked like this:
Gama Cast - 25lb clubbell - 50 reps
Hammer Swings - 25lb clubbell - 50 reps
Hammer Throws - 25lb clubbell - 50 reps

I finished with: Overhead Kettlebell Swings - 24kg bell - 100 reps
