Windmills - 16kg bell - 60 reps
Figure 8/Hold - 16kg bell - 60 reps
H2H Clean - 16kg bell - 60 reps
Plank - 3 reps of 30 seconds
Gladiator - 16kg bell - 3 reps of 3o seconds each side
Hanging Pikes - 30 reps
Snatch - 16kg bell - 200 reps
