Snatches, Push Ups & Swings...

I kept it simple this morning and focused on 3 exercises: Snatches, Push Ups and Swings.

My training looked like this:

Snatch - 16kg bell - 200 reps
Push Ups - 100 reps
Two Handed Swings - 32kg bell - 100 reps
