EDT...

Escalating Density Training (EDT)...

My training look like this today:

PR One - 10 Minutes:
Goblet Squats - 32kg bell - 54 reps
Two Handed Swings - 32kg bell - 60 reps

4 Minute Rest

PR Two - 5 Minutes
Incline KB Press - 32kg bells - 30 reps
One Arm Rows - 32kg bell - 15 reps each arm

For PR One did you do 6 rounds of 9 reps of the Goblet Squats followed by 10 reps of Two Handed Swings for those totals within 10 minutes?

If not how did you structure the workout? And what does PR stand for?

Yes. Sets of 9 and 10. EDT by definition is adding more reps in the same amount of time. Last week I did 44 & 55 reps in the golbet & swing. When you can't add more reps...you go up in weight. Check out the book "muscle logic".
