Lateral/Rear Lateral Raise Combo - 4x16- 20lbs
DB Shrugs - 4x16 - 75lbs
Slightly Bent-Over Plate Lateral - 4x8 @ 25lbs
Plate Lateral Raise - 5x5 @ 45lbs
