The RKC Grad Workout...

Today I did the workout we did to complete Day 3 at the RKC.

Using the 24kg bell:
  • Snatch/Squat/Press
  • 10 Two-Handed Swings
  • Rest about 20 seconds
  • Switch Hands
  • Repeat 20 times

I finished with:

Floor Press - 32kg bells - 30 reps
