"Return of the Kettlebell" Week 4 - Day 2 - Long Cycle C & J...

My training looked like this:

"Medium" Day

I used the 24kg bells

Clean before each jerk:
set of 2
set of 4
set of 6

I did the above 4 times

48 cleans @ 48kg
48 jerks @ 48kg

10,137 lbs lifted

Rob,

I am still waiting for my TNT book to arrive, but the links have been very helpful. For the past few days I have reduced my carbs to 25g a day. I do feel a difference, good and bad. The bad a little weaker than usual.

When you are restricting your carbs (five days a week), do you have some carbs before you workout in the morning?

I only ask because at this rate 9 more days before my first "carb-up" session, I will have poor performances on the kettlebells.

Try caffiene or NO Explode. That should do the trick.
