Xvest Walking/Running & Hanging Leg Raises...

I decided to train with the 40lb Xvest today.

My training looked like this:

I walked/ran on the treadmill at a speed ranging between 4.0 - 7.0% for 20 minutes.

I finished with:

Hanging Leg Raises - 50 reps
