10 Mile Ruck...

Rucked 10 miles with 20# in pack. 

First 5 miles - 1:12:09 
Second 5 miles - 1:11:39

My feet are smoked!

great work, just as in the 50k snatch challenge you are ahead of me again :)
which app are you using to calculate distance? and I really know what you mean about the feet. it's the only thing that's sore after.

Thanks! I use Map My Run. It calculates distance, elevation and speed/splits. It works pretty well. I have double checked it with google maps and the distance has been consistently correct.

My feet are smoked. Taking the kids skiing today should be "fun".

thanks. I have a pedometer app that supposedly calculates steps and distance but it is consistently wrong .

I do plan on doing some jump rope and running in place soon, my biggest concern in conditioning my feet and ankles for it. I don't want any little bone injuries in my feet for being stupid!
