I finished with a complex I got from @coachleeboyce to hit my shoulders and traps hard:
6 kneeling snatches
6 pocket cleans
6 high pulls
I used the 45lb bar. Repeat 2x with 60-90 seconds in between sets.
AVG HR - 120 BPM
MAX HR - 152 BPM
