- 200 Snatches with the 24kg bell in 10 minutes (SSST)
- 100 Sntaches with the 24kg bell with just one hand switch
- 1000 snatches with the 16kg bell in one workout
- Press 48kg bell
- Snatch 48kg bell
- 50,000 total snatches (I am @ 12,500 right now and figure 4,000 a month will get me there by the end of 2009
- Complete RKC
