My training looked like this:
Snatch - 16kg bell - 15 sets of 10/10 - 300 reps
Dips - 120 reps
Overhead Walk/Press - 16kg bells - 6 sets of 150 feet with 10 presses per set - 60 presses
- These are great for the core because of the stabilization needed while pressing and walking and fried my shoulders after the snatches & dips!
I finished with:
Shrugs - 360lbs - 50 reps
