Heath said that kettlebells have "ADVANTAGES OVER "TRADITIONAL" TRAINING"-
"Even on a day with an upper-body focus, where you're doing the military press and lateral snatches, taking this big ball of iron overhead and punching through with it, your lower body is still getting a major workout. Cardiowise, you're constantly being conditioned."
