My training looked like this today:
Windmills - 24kg bell - 30 reps
Turkish Get Ups - 24kg bells - 12 reps
High Plank - 3 reps of 60 seconds
Supine Plank - 3 reps of 60 seconds
Gladiator - 16kg bell - 3 reps of 3o seconds each side
Hanging Pikes - 50 reps
Snatch - 16kg bell - 150 reps
I finished with:
Rope Hammer Curls - 120lbs - 30 reps
