My training looked like this today:
Smith Machine Incline Press - 255lbs - 3x3 - 9 reps
One Arm Clean - 48kg bell - 3x3 each arm -9 reps each arm
One Arm Row - 48kg bell - 3x3 each arm - 9 reps each arm
Sumo Squat - 48kg bell - 3x3 - 9 reps
Double C & P - 32kg bells - 3x3 - 9 reps
I finished with:
Snatches - 24kg bell - 100 reps
After the heavy triples the 24kg snatches felt light. It was strange because sometimes the 16kg snatches feel heavy. Whatever..... Must be the carbs? I started my 36 hour carb up yesterday at noon and went overboard but it definitely helps in the strength department. I will continue though tonight and go off carbs after my last meal.
