My training looked like this today:
Snatch - 16kg bell - 150 reps
Windmills' 16kg bell - 30 reps
Pullovers - 16kg bell - 30 reps
Gladiator - 16kg bell - 3 reps of 30 seconds each side
Plank - 3 reps of 60 seconds
Hanging Leg Raise - 30 reps
Overhead Squats - 30 reps
Overhead Lunge - 30 reps
I finished with:
Farmers Walks - 32kg bells - 10 reps of 150ft each
