My training looked like this:
Snatch - 24kg bell - 100 reps
Push Ups - 100 reps
Double C & P - 20kg bells - 30 reps
Face Pulls - 100lbs - 30 reps
Bottoms Ups hammer Curls - 16kg bells - 20 reps per arm - 40 reps
I finished with:
Snatches - 16kg bell - 50 reps
