Core...

My training looked like this:

Windmills - 24kg bell - 50 reps
Turkish Get Ups - 24kg bell - 10 reps
Spiderman Plank - 5 sets of 5 reps each side

I finished with:

Farmer's Walks - 32kg bells - 6 reps @ 150 feet each
