Core...

I took it easy this morning as I have been pushing hard lately.

My training looked like this:

Windmills - 24kg bell - 30 reps
Overhead Squat - 24kg bell - 30 reps
Hanging Leg Raises - 30 reps
Snatches - 24kg bell - 30 reps
Spiderman Planks - 3 sets

I finished with:

Gladiator - 24kg bell - 1 set of 30 seconds each side
