Strength...

My training looked like this today:

Incline KB Presses - 32kg bells - 40 reps
One Arm Rows - 32kg bell - 40 reps each arm
Pull Ups - 40 reps
Dips - 40 reps

I finished with:

Shrugs - 40kg bells - 20 reps
