I kept it simple this morning on variety day during "Return of the Kettlebell".
My training looked like this:
Incline KB Press - 32kg bell3 - 25 reps
Upright Row - 32kg bell - 25 reps
Two Hand Curls - 32kg bell - 25 reps
I finished with:
Snatches - 24kg bells - 25 reps per arm - 50 reps
