No time to make it to the gym today so I did this in the garage:

Seal Rows - 35lbs*

Wide Grip Barbell Upright Row -  75lbs*


Double KB High Pull - 35lbs*

KB Bent-over Lateral Raise - 35lbs*


*Superset 


Cash Out: Overhead Plate Raise - 8x8 @ 35lbs then, 50 reps @ 10lbs
