I just did some stretching and core exercises this morning as an active rest. I have not taken any time off in about a week but felt like doing something.
I did the following in no particular order:
Windmill - 16 kg bell
Child's Pose
Downward Dog
Pike
Punch Matrix
Saxon Side Bend
Halo
Pump
Hand to Hand Cleans - 12 & 16kg bell
