Viking Warrior Conditioning - 80 Sets of 8...

I did sets of 8 with each arm with approximately 15 second rest between hand switch. I did 80 sets of 8 in 39 minutes and 45 seconds.

Snatch - 16kg bell - 80 sets of 8 - 640 reps

awesome man! I can't remember when I could do that. I am actually going to take a break from vo2 max for awhile and concentrate on more snatches with the 24. it's on todays blog but great job, you're killing it.

Thanks Mark. Just started doing it again last week. I am trying to od it twice a keek in addition to my Crosfit and Clubbell training. Nice to get back to snatches after a 3 month layoff. Feels good!
