"Lifting Heavy Shit"...

I felt strong today do I decided to skip the met-con and lift some heavy weights!

Deadlifts:
 345x5 (30# PR)
 405x1 (30# PR)
At 160lbs bodyweight!

Finished with kettlebell swings:
97# for 5x5.

 "It was a good day"!
