My training looked like this today:
Warm Up:
Snatches - 16kg bell - 100 continuous reps switching hands every 5 reps
Then I did the following:
Windmills - 24kg bell - 2 sets of 5 each side
Figure 8/Hold - 24kg bell - 2 sets of 5 each direction
Slingshot - 24kg bell - 2 sets of 5 each direction
I finished with:
Hanging Leg Raises - 5 sets of 10
