Snatches...

My training looked like this today:

Snatches:

20kg bell - 50 continuous reps switching hands every 5 reps
16kg bell - 50 continuous reps switching hands every 5 reps
12kg bell - 50 continuous reps switching hands every 5 reps

150 snatches total with about 1 minute rest in between sets
