Freestyle...

My training looked like this today:

Snatches - 16kg bell - 50 reps
Dips - Bodyweight - 50 reps
Pullups - Bodyweight - 50 reps
Hanging Pikes - 25 reps

I finished with:

Snatches - 16kg bell - 30 reps
