Misc...

I was exhausted after the N.E. Patriots game last night so I kept it short and mixed it up today.

My training looked like this:

Windmills - 24kg bell - 50 reps
Farmers Walks - 32kg bells - 10 reps of 150 ft each
Hanging Leg Raises - 25 reps
