Snatches & Other Stuff...

I felt good this morning and decided to mix some snatches up with some bodyweight exercises.

My training looked like this:

Snatches - 16kg bell - 2 sets of 50 - 100 reps
Explosive Clap Push Ups - 25 reps
Handstand Push Ups - 25 reps

I finished with:

Rope Hammer Curls
  • 10 reps @ 100lbs
  • 10 reps @ 120lbs
  • 10 reps @ 140lbs
  • 10 reps @ 150lbs
