Squat Cleans & Front Squats...

1. Squat Cleans
5 x 3 reps
worked up to 135#

2. Front Squat
7 x 3 reps, across at 75%

95#, 115#, 135#, 135#, 135#, 135#, 135#!!!

I was supposed to do 75% but felt good and wanted to push it. I plan on taking the next two days off so effected my mindset.
