PR One - 15 Minutes:

LeverEdge Bench Press - 180lbs - 90 Reps then, 10 reps @ 270lbs 

LeverEdge Row - 140lbs - 90 Reps 

5 minute rest 

PR Two - 5 Minutes:
Incline DB Press - 50lbs - 27 Reps
One-arm Row - 50lbs - 27 Reps (each arm )
Cash Out: 
Dips - 2x10 & Dumbell Snatches 2x10 @ 35lbs
