EDT - Chest & Back....

PR One - 15 Minutes:

LeverEdge Bench Press - 190lbs - 100 Reps then, reps @ 360lbs!  

LeverEdge Pull Down - 110lbs - 100 Reps 

5 minute rest 

PR Two - 5 Minutes:

Incline DB Press - 60lbs - 35 Reps

One-arm Row - 60lbs - 35 Reps (each arm )
