One-Arm Cable Bent-Over Lateral Raises - 30lbs - 75 reps

5 minute rest 

PR Two - 5 Minutes:

Shrugs - 340lbs - 55 reps 
Overhead Plate raises - 25lbs - 55 reps 

Cash Out: Drive the Bus - 4x10 @ 25lbs
