  • Set 2: Warm up set, 15 reps. @ 270lbs
  • Set 3: Warm up set, 10 reps. @ 360lbs
  • Set 4: Working set, 8 reps  @ 450lbs
  • Set 5: HEAVY set, 5 reps @ 500lbs (On a 45lb plate) 
  • Set 6: HIGH REP set, 40 reps. @ 90lbs (On a 45lb plate)
