My workout log for the last 17 years. Every workout that I have done since February of 2007 is listed here. I decided to move my training log from a notebook to online and needed a name for the URL. I was training with mostly Kettlebells back then, thus the name - Kettlbellrob.
Attached is a short video of myself doing One-handed Clubbell Mills with the 15lb club. My wife shot this after my training today and I was wiped so my form and grip strength was not the best. Notice the kettlebells behind me at the gym.

Hey Rob whats a PR in your workout.
Also wait until you get the 25 pounder and you do mills it took me months to be able to swing that thing. It will bust your a$$
PR (Personal Record)is from Escalating Density Training.

I try to get as many reps in as possible in a specific amount of time. Then I will try to get more reps then next workout - thus escalating the density.
I am awaiting my 25's. I can imagine. I want to work up to the bruiser over time!
Hey Rob, Where did you get the clubbell? What size do you use and would recommend for a 230lb man? Does it come with instructions or video? Shoot me an email on my hotmail account when you get a chance.
